CUBI - CAFE // Take-out , an area with a serving hatch for on-the-go customers & kitchen facilities.
CUBI - CAFE // Dine-in, a dining area for eating at the table, seating up to 30 guests. Generous counter, hidden storage & hanging Studio MacLean shelving.
CUBI - CLOAKROOM // WC if required.
Optional full Studio MacLean interior design, including chefs kitchen plus: under-floor heating / air flow system, concealed LED up-lighting or minimal surface-mounted spotlights & feature pendant lights.
A living sedum roof is also available.

Prior to any payment requests, we will provide a comprehensive quotation detailing all costs, including delivery. Delivery costs are determined by location & site accessibility.
Prices for CUBI - CAFE will vary depending on size, selected finishes, internal systems & specific project requirements. We can also supply the individual CUBI modules separately.
