The space can be available with the following options . . .
CUBI - LIVING // A sofa & space to hang & watch TV or socialise.
CUBI - DINING // A dining area for eating at the table, seating up to four.
CUBI - BATHING // A tiled wet room with shower, basin, heated towel rail & WC ensuite for both bedrooms.
CUBI - SLEEPING // Two bedrooms with double beds. Both feature an area for a side table & storage space or wardrobe.
Optional full Studio MacLean interior design, including kitchen plus: under-floor heating / air flow system, concealed LED up-lighting or minimal surface-mounted spotlights.
A living sedum roof is also available.

Payment Terms //
30% deposit on order.
20% on completion of first fix in factory.
40% before delivery.

Prior to any payment requests, we will provide a comprehensive quotation detailing all costs, including delivery. Delivery costs are determined by location & site accessibility.
Prices for CUBI - 02 start from £170,000* + VAT
